My name is Stella Benedicta Laksono, or shortly called Stella. I am an automation engineer for almost 10 years academically and professionally with additional skills in digital and traditional illustrating, photography, English, Dutch and Russian; Additional interests in art, science, history, travel, and cheese; Additional minor flaws such as poor handwriting and music. Who I am today is shaped by amazing books, music, movie, art, foods, places and people. I listen to Queen, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, any kind of broadways such as Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats, Miss Saigon, Wicked, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Notredame de Paris, Linkin Park, Disney Songs, Papa Roach, Joe Hisaishi, I read books by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Pramoedya Ananta Tour, Michael Crichton, I watch Cirque du Soleil, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cameron Mackintosh, Ballet: Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Giselle, I view art by Vincent van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Hundertwasser, Alphonse Mucha, my sister and many things that I might not have discovered. If you have similar taste to the things I mentioned above, we are automatically friends. 🙂

There are bitter and sweet memories.
While I am capable of thinking, remembering and creating, I want to achieve my life at the fullest. I decide to take the liberty of expressing emotional, mental and physical growth, by sharing personal thought in form of writing and art. They are mostly influenced by events and experiences I have encountered from different cultures, different places, different time, and different people.
